Sat Nam is known as a seed mantra that activates the chakras.  In the ancient Sikh language, Sat means “truth” and Nam means “name” together, Sat Nam means “I am truth, truth is my essence.”  Chanting Sat Nam activates your inner world to connect to the truth that lives within you, the knowing that we continually return to.  A vibration that allows you to witness that which is not aligned to your absolute truth and bring awareness to the fears that are holding you back from standing in the version of you that accepts your truth as part of your whole being.
